I worked with product engineers and developers to establish design process and guidelines. I also designed a few widgets and patterns across widgets.

I designed the user experience of managing content on ArcGIS Online, with new patterns of search, filters, and views.

The LayerList widget is the primary way in the JavaScript API to display a hierarchical list of layers and layer actions in web applications.

I worked as the only designer and researcher to lead the redesign effort. I applied a typical user-centered design process for this project, starting from user research, persona creation, prototyping, implementation, to iterative user testing.
